Abstract
The main essence of management is decision making.Style of management decisions can determine the success or failure of a perfect organization.The purpose of this study is to compare the practices of management decision making.The method used in this study was a descriptive survey is.The population consisted of all managers in the public and private sectorsis Hashtgerd, including 166 persons.Sample of 116 managers from different organizations .jht collect the required information from the questionnaire was used to light the Cronbach’s alpha reliability of the questionnaire reasoned decision versus 0.77, 0.78 versus intuitive decision-making independence from 0.76 decision making avoidance of immediate versus 0.86 and 0.83 times, respectively. The results showed thatthe dominant style of management decision making, decision-making style is instantaneous.Findings suggest that none of the directors on Major decisions of style, and gender are no significant differences.But the managers of different backgrounds in different styles of intuitive decision Mnadry there while other styles such differences were observed.The reasoned decision and attachment styles, avoidant and dependent There is immediate and intuitive.
